Chanel Iman has appeared on numerous television shows such as Tyra Banks Show, House of Style, and Lip Sync Battle. She began her career as a child model for Ford Models. Starting in 2009, Iman has walked for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show for three years in a row. She was named a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2010 and remained so till 2012.Chanel was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Her mixed genes came from her half African-American father and half-Korean mother.

She competed in the Ford Models World Contest when she was 18 years old and finished as the competition’s runner-up in the second round. Her degree of fame took off after being featured in well-known fashion magazines like Vanity Fair, Pop, Elle, Allure, and Harper’s Bazaar. She walked for Alexander McQueen, Michael Kors, Stella McCartney, and a slew of other designers. Chanel also ventured into acting and has appeared in the films, Dope, and Mad Families. She also served as a guest judge on cycle 13 of America’s Next Top Model.
