Steve Martin

Steve Martin is a renowned American comedian. He had his humble beginnings as a writer on the 1960s variety show The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour. In the following decade, he would become one of the prominent hosts of the comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live. In the 1980s, he would step away from performing on stage and venture off to a career in acting.
